REFUND POLICY – UVClean & UVHeroes

At UVClean, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

For Physical Products (e.g. UV-C Disinfection Lights):

• Returns: You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
   

• Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in resaleable condition.
   

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
   

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Sale items or promotional purchases
   

• Used or damaged products not caused by our shipping or handling
   

• Gift vouchers (e.g. UVHeroes Hero Voucher)
   

CANCELLATION POLICY – UVClean Directory

​

For Directory Listings Subscriptions:

• Monthly Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a notice period of 14 days. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are given for unused time.
   

• Annual Plans: You may cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but your listing will remain active for the duration of the paid term.
